Potato with Garlic and Parsley Recipe

Enjoy famous Algerian Salad, made with potatoes, garlic cloves and parsley leaves. It is surprisingly easy and quick to make. Have this delicious salad in Ramadan and freshen your mood.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 2 pcs potatoes cubed and fried
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • as per taste salt

Instructions

  1. In a pan put the vegetable oil, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Then add the fried cubes of potatoes and the lemon juice and stir for about 3 minutes.
