This is the famous semolina pudding from Algerian cuisine. It can be made with few ingredients with very easy steps. Due to it's pinkish red appearance, it is famous among the kids. It is also considered as a street food in Algeria. Try this in Iftar as sweet, your kids, husband and everyone around would surely like it.
Cook the mixture at low flame till the mixture gets thicker and boiled. Meanwhile, keep stirring continuously to get good results.
Move pudding into a tray as shown in the picture. Let it cool at room temperature. Then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into square size pieces and now delicious Algerian traditional semolina pudding is ready to serve.
